Return & Refund Policy

Refunds
Your purchase is final and non-refundable. Subject to the other Terms and Conditions, no product or service may be returned.
Notwithstanding anything contained in the Terms and Conditions, in the event www.lafleur.ae decides to give you a refund, we will offer only credit vouchers equivalent to the refund amount but in some cases we will refund the money back and the refund could be processed if we have account details of the customer. Refund could be processed if it is agreed upon and communicated in writing to the customer.
Refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.


We are not responsible for any loss and/or decrease in product quality and do not guarantee refund for cases where:
a)    Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, cakes, gift products and preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the sender.
b)    Unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender or refusal by the recipient to accept the deliveries.
c)    Decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.
d)    Product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.
e)   In situations, where the recipient is not available at the given address, and we are instructed to leave the flowers at the door or at the reception/concierge.

Exchanges

La Fleur will not accept any product exchanges.

Damaged/Defective Products

If any product received by you is in a damaged/defective condition, you should report the same to www.lafleur.ae within 24 hours of such delivery at +971502118706 and e-mail/whatsapp the photographs of the same at support@lafleur.com/+971502118706. www.lafleur.ae will in its sole discretion will either deliver to you, the new product at its own cost or refund to you the amount in relation to such product. Subject to the Terms and Conditions, once refund is initiated by www.lafleur.ae , it takes 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.

Refusal by the recipient to accept

In some cases, the recipient may refuse to accept the gift. In such cases, the same will be intimated to the sender and no refund will be made in case the order gets cancelled due to such refusal. A second attempt to deliver the product may be made upon request of the sender and after payment of extra delivery charge.
